At Sitemory, we value your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of custom digital services, our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only possible within 3 days of the initial payment and before any work has begun.

• Once the project design phase has started, no full refunds will be issued.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be approved depending on the amount of work already completed.

Subscription Services:
Monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance and non-refundable once the month has started.
